I feel like I'm in a cloud
Can't see through the haze
You got me going in circles
And I want out of this maze
I counted on you to lift me up
When things got bad
I swore I'd never leave your side
But now you've left me feeling alone and sad
Out of all the people who could bring me to tears
You were the one who could always make me smile
Now it seems you don't care anymore
I wonder if the time we spent together was even worthwhile
What happened to the time
When all you wanted was to be with me?
It seems you may have changed your mind
So here lies my last plea:
Be the man
I know you can be
And if not for you,
Then do it for me
